To Cancel Your Membership:First and for most we would like to thank you for choosing FTA Codes. Our company feels unfortunate that you have chosen to cancel your membership. If your intentions are to cancel your membership with us, click the link below. No further payments will be deucted from you upon cancellation. CLICK HERE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
When canceling your membership, be sure to keep in mind that you must cancel your membership before your next billing date to prevent being rebilled for our services. You will not be liable for refunds. Our reasons for this will be sent to you in an email providing an explanation on what you need to do if you do not want to be billed in the near future. There will also be another email sent to you by Paypal clarifying what needs to be done to cancel your account and it will give you information on your billing details. If you know that you only want 1 month with us upon ordering, then please let us know ASAP to prevent any further payments from coming out of your Paypal account. All emails are answered in priority sequence, and when wanting to cancel your service we ask that you give us 3 business days prior to your billing date. When you have accomplished this you will be rest assured that you do not get charged. If this effort is not done within the 3 business days it is highly possible that your cancellation will not be processed in time. If ever in the future you decide you would like to become a member again please let us know and we will put any money that you have already paid towards your next membership. Refunds & Exchanges There will be no refunds given under any condition by FTA Codes. When you have joined you will not be capable of a money refund of any kind. We are sorry for the inconvenience but our reasons for this are because it opens doors to people under handing us by becoming a member and than cancelling because they have had access to downloading our files and software that they desired and promptly after asking for a refund. Again, we apologize for the annoyance and are sorry that we cannot provide refunds but we need to protect our files and software and this is what it takes to accomplish this. I know this procedure might seem unfair to some clients but there are other options to help out a disappointed customer.
